Classification of Managerial Factors in Urban Projects on the View of Project’s Practitioners

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to evaluate, compare prioritize and classify the manageral factors in urban projects based on the opinion of their practitioners; and is conducted on Urban Railway Project of Shiraz city in Iran as a case study. In this study, a questionnaire was designed; and completed by thirty-nine practitioners involved on the project. The responses were assessed and analyzed; and the results were obtained. The priority of factors is determined based on the viewpoints of those involved in the case study and the results are classified and presented. In the last section of this article, the obtained results are discussed.
