Abstract—This paper analyzes the current situation of innovative talent cultivation and summarizes the main factors that restrict the cultivation of innovative network engineering talents. Combined with the actual situation of our university, the “six-in-one” innovative network engineering talent training system is proposed. The practical results show that the training system is effective.
